Course Description

Navigating the current tax landscape is tedious and complex work. This introductory session is aimed to help tax attorneys, CPAs and other tax practitioners better understand the lifecycle of a dispute with the IRS and state authorities. From procedural and administrative resolution to strategic audit management, attendees will gain insight into the newest tax developments and changes to the Internal Revenue Code.
